Return Policy

At BL Pallet Rack, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Return Window:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in unused, like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Process:

To begin a return, please contact us at jaren@blpalletrack.com. All returns must be pre-approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Fees & Shipping:

A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping costs and return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and will also be deducted.
Products must be returned via freight with proper protection to avoid damage in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
